It takes a village!  Cedar Ridge has always benefitted from the great family atmosphere.  Boarders and riding students alike have pitched in over the years - sometimes LOTS of pitching (if you know what we mean.)  The helpers are too numerous to count but you KNOW who you are and we love you!

Tom and Mary Avery and their children founded Cedar Ridge in 1993.  Kate, Dylan and Ryan are no longer in the area, but the Avery's still help out around the farm and operate the Lodge.

The Stable is managed by the Kevin and Debbie Ott, and their four children; Ashley, Joey, April and Allison.

Carissa Rivara Sorensen is an experienced trainer that works at Cedar Ridge, offering training, lessons and coaching for the RC Equestrian Team!

Carissa is wonderful with younger students, but she is skilled enough for advanced riders that want to show.
